ScorpionExo® is, quite simply, the next wave in motorcycle helmet and protective gear design and manufacturing. ScorpionExo® Helmets are engineered by some of the world's most sought-after helmet designers, with over 178 years of cumulative experience. And their wild, innovative graphic designs are created in hotbeds of extreme-sports creativity all over the world, from Europe to Southern California, to stay two steps ahead in this fast-moving field.

The Scorpion Sports factory (Kido Industrial Co., Ltd.) is a state-of-the-art, 810,000 sq. ft. campus, staffed by as many as 400 skilled technicians, each dedicated to crafting the world's best protective headgear. Almost every operation needed to create world-class helmets is located on this one amazing facility, including both fiberglass/Kevlar™ and polycarbonate shell molding, EPS liner manufacturing, liner sewing, water-decal production, clean-room paint booths, drying rooms, assembly, packaging and shipping.

Many helmet brands simply private-label helmets purchased from generic mass manufacturers. And most other helmet brands sub-contract major portions of their manufacturing to smaller vendors. Scorpion does not-because we want to control every operation, every detail, to insure optimum quality, confidence-inspiring integrity and utmost efficiency.

The North American headquarters (The Nest) for Scorpion Sports is located in Lake Forest, CA the nerve center and warehouse, plus in 2007 we opened our new distribution center located in Louisville, KY. Both include the latest computerized technology for order entry, inventory management, pick, pack, and shipping, customer service and order tracking. Dealer orders can be easily placed anytime on the website, or over the phone during business hours. And each order can be tracked online until it arrives at any dealership in North America.

The driving force behind ScorpionExo® is Mr. Jang Park. Mr. Park who has worked in the motorcycle industry for over 30 years in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. He and Kido are known the world over for highly technical apparel assembly with world-class quality control. He teamed with top helmet engineers in 2002 to build a new factory in China, using Korean sub-materials and engineering expertise. His number one goal is to supply premium products for motorcyclists at value prices.

Current Position: President

Mr. Rick Miller, long-time business associate of Mr. Park leads the USA operations and provides overall management and financial planning to the American operation. Before becoming President of Scorpion Sports USA, Rick was CEO of Intersport Fashions West for 23 years and was instrumental in the development of the Harley-Davidson MotorClothes brand and the overall management of that company.

Current Position: National Sales Manager

Hometown: Eugene, OR

Background: I got my first motorcycle when I was 7 yrs old…the best Christmas present ever! I started my career in the Motorcycle Industry back in 1997 working at Cycle Sports of Eugene, a 17,000 sqft Honda/Kawasaki/SeaDoo & Blue Water Boat Dealer as a parts and accessories sales guy. I worked at the dealer level for 5 yrs and learned a ton from working closely with the owner, GM, parts manager, and sales reps. In March of 2004 I was offered a position at Scorpion Sports as an inside phone sales guy developing new dealers, so my wife and I pick up our lives of 28+ yrs from Oregon and moved south 1,300 miles to beautiful sunny Southern California... woohoo!! In early 2005 I was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast which included at that time 9 states, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, Hawaii and has recently grown to 13 states. I love working in this industry, and I don't think that you will not find a more passionate group of people.

Background: I have been in the motorcycle industry for over 25 years. Starting out as in sales at a multiline dealership in the 80's my career took me on the road as a rep for a few distributers and then as the national brand manager for a large motorcycle clothing company.
I was excited to join Scorpion originally as the Canadian National Sales Coordinator and now with my other role as the North East Regional Sales Manager as well. My hobbies include doing as many track days as I can as well as putting miles on my road bicycle.

Background: SoCal Girl at heart! Since 2001 I've worked in Action Sports with Arnette, O'Neill and Perry Ellis Int. I joined the "Nest" in 2009 and love the moto-industry and everyone involved- I've been STUNG! When I am not in the office you will find me with my lil girl and hubby out and about at Disneyland, at the beach, on the soccer field, in the mountains or with our family having a blast. Fun Fact: I am bi-lingual and speak Greek - Yasu!! Call us up and get your Scorpion ON!

Hometown: New York

Background: I am from the Great State of New York and I drove out here by myself to California at 19. I have worked in Retail Sales & Management for many years, and was then recruited to be an Accessory Manager at a Motorcycle Dealership. In 2005 I was asked to join the Scorpion Sports Nest and have been in Sales ever since! It's been an experience to help start such a successful company all over the US and Canada. I go to night school full time and will be graduating with 3 Degrees in 2010: International Business Law, Marketing/Advertising and Business Management. When I am not working or at school, you can find me at the beach, in the mountains or on a bike. If I haven't talked to you yet please feel free to give me a shout... Background: 100% So-Cal born and raised! I have been around motorcycles since I was knee high to a cricket. Street, Dirt, Cruiser, Mini-Moto, Watercraft, you name it I've tried to destroy it at one point or another. Graduated from MMI in 1998 on the directors list, worked for a couple of race teams and have hung up my tools for the sales floor. Current bike is a 2008 Ducati 1098S. See ya on the track (you never know I just might keep up!)

Background: Randy started in the powersports industry in 1985 at Rocky Cycle (now Tucker/Rocky) in Sunnyvale CA in the customer service department. From that time he has enjoyed many different responsibilities over the last 26 years. Before returning to Scorpion Sports (Randy was part of the team at the very first Indy trade show Scorpion Helmets was introduced at), he was the Distributor Brand Manager for LeoVince exhausts, focusing exclusively on developing that brand with Tucker/Rocky Distributing.

Background: Born and raised in Orange County I have traveled the USA and abroad before landing back in Orange County, in an industry I love. I joined Scorpion at the beginning and from behind the scenes assisted in launching the brand on the web and other areas of the electronic world we live in today. I have been riding motorcycles since the tender age of 4 when my uncles put me on a mini bike and said GO! I have not stopped. I am an MSF RiderCoach helping new and returning riders safely learn the skills needed to ride on the streets so if you take a course in my area you just may get me as your RiderCoach.
