EXO-WEAR TECHNICAL FEATURES

RHINO-MESH®: Our proprietary abrasion resistant mesh provides 3X the abrasion resistance of typical large gauge mesh making it an excellent alternative to non-breathing textile. Rhino-Mesh® also acts as an excellent liner material adding comfort and breathability while providing up to 5X the abrasion resistance of heavy duty cotton.
EXO-STITCH®: Crucial exterior seams have a hidden interior single- or double-top stitch. This inner “hidden” stitch is protected by a double fold for a more durable seam.
NIGHTVIZ® REFLECTIVE: A combination of glass beads and aluminum reflective material designed to reflect light back to the source for improved safety. NightViz® meets or exceeds ANSI EN -471 standards.
H20 - BLOK®: A removable four layer polyurethane laminate that is both waterproof and breathable. When used as part of a layering system, you can have a system that is very versatile in a variety of dry or wet climates.
AIRGUARD®: A thin removable windproof /water resistant layer that is designed to go inside ventilated garments to help keep you warmer by blocking wind.
EVERHEAT® THERMAL LINER: A removable thermal liner that can be added as a layer to help keep riders warm in cooler temperatures.
KWIKWICK® LINER: KwikWick® is a moisture wicking fabric designed to transport sweat and moisture away from the skin to keep you drier and comfortable. Latest generation of this fabric is now softer on the skin and has the added feature of being hypo allergenic. Removable, washable and quick drying.
EXO-TEC® C.E. ARMOR: Shock absorbing ventilated armor that meets or exceeds CE standards covering “motorcyclists’ protective clothing against mechanical impact” - EN1621-1
SAS-TEC C.E. RATED ARMOR: Cutting edge SAS-TEC material is intelligent armor constructed from visco elastic soft foam smart molecules. It has earned the highest CE rating available. Their armor offers outstanding shock absorption values and comfort.
Kevlar® is a heat-resistant synthetic fiber. It has a high tensile strength-to-weight ratio. It is a key component, as a woven material, for the United States military forces ballistic rated body armor and ballistic composites. It helps protect users from cuts, abrasions and heat.
